When do you think this giving of foof aid stops? It depends which side you are in! From the victime side the longer the better. From the giver side as long there is still the resources and aid not turned down. Its been two weeks since typhoon Yolanda;s record breaking fury hits landfall and admittedly not all yet are satisfied the way aids are being distributed by the DSWD. It is commendable that NGO's were there , even beating the government's response time and efficacy. With the increasing amount and food donations , distribution system by the government through the LGU's must be looked upon. The increasing fatalities (5300) as of this writing is an indication that people are being reach, for how could they get aid and not report their area's dead.In all kinds of calamity, the least that the donors and the millions of hungry , homeless and emotionally devastated wish againts is to see these food aid spoiled and wasted because of non delivery to the recipient. Sadly ,this had happened during the Pablo typhoon aid in Mindanao.
